In this module, we'll explore the importance of branding and guide you through the process of choosing a name for your VA business and crafting an intentional and authentic brand identity so that you can attract dream clients.
Module 4: Let's Get Legit! - Building Your Business Backend
In this module we will work on building our business backend. This includes the platforms and systems you'll need to have in place before you start working with clients.
Module 5: Mastering Your Money Mindset and Determining Your Rates, Packages, and Offers
In this module you will develop a deeper understanding of the role that your money mindset plays in your success as a virtual assistant while designing your pricing, packages, and offers.
Module 6: Creating with Canva!
In this module, we'll dive into the creative world of Canva, a versatile graphic design tool, that will become a staple and possibly a favorite in your business.
Module 7: Effective Client On/Offboarding
This module will cover a step-by-step guide for the client onboarding/offboarding process when working with a new client. We will cover everything from the initial outreach to discovery calls, the kickoff call, project delivery, and offboarding.
Module 8: Mastering Client Discovery Calls
This module equips readers with a comprehensive understanding of how to conduct effective discovery calls. It covers preparation, communication, objection handling, and follow-up techniques to help readers build lasting client partnerships.
Module 9: Social Media 101
Social media is a powerful tool for building and growing your virtual assistant business. In this module, we'll delve into the world of social media marketing, showing you how to harness its potential to attract perfectly aligned, premium dream clients.
Module 10: The Science of Booking Clients
In this module we will focus on FOUR different methods for marketing yourself as a virtual assistant and the key principles required for booking clients: persistence, patience, and initiative.
